Retail Store Manager

As the Store Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations and supporting various activities such as staffing, inventory management, customer service, and supplier coordination. You will also play a crucial role in the pre-opening phase by assisting with store setup, establishing distribution channels, forming vendor partnerships, configuring POS and retail software, as well as participating in the hiring and training of new team members. Key Responsibilities: - Supervise staff to ensure smooth store operations - Manage stock levels and coordinate deliveries - Maintain merchandising standards and ensure compliance with safety and hygiene regulations - Resolve customer issues in a timely and effective manner Qualifications: - Minimum 5 years of experience in grocery or retail supervision - Strong knowledge of inventory control, vendor management, and store operations - Experience with POS and retail management systems - Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills The job type for this position is full-time, and the work location is in-person.,
