Work Timings: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
Salary: ₹30,000 per month + Incentives

Job Summary

The Retail Store Manager will be responsible for managing daily store operations, driving sales, ensuring excellent customer experience, and representing the company’s wedding photography and event services to walk-in clients. The role requires strong communication, sales ability, people management, and a customer-first mindset.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the retail outlet.
• Greet and interact with walk-in customers to understand their photography and event requirements.
• Promote wedding photography packages, event management services, and add-on offerings.
• Handle enquiry-to-conversion cycle and achieve monthly sales targets.
• Conduct follow-ups through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and in-store appointments.
• Maintain store visual appeal, displays, sample albums, portfolio screens, brochures, etc.
• Manage booking calendar, appointments, payments, and documentation.
• Coordinate with the photography and events team for customer onboarding and project execution.
• Maintain client records, databases, and daily sales reports.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and handle escalations tactfully.
• Monitor stock of marketing materials and office consumables.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 2–4 years of work experience in retail sales / customer handling / hospitality / photography studios / events / jewellery / fashion / similar client-facing roles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent negotiation and sales closing ability.
• Customer-centric attitude with professional grooming and behavior.
• Ability to work independently and manage store operations.
• Comfortable using MS Office / CRM tools / WhatsApp Business.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the wedding, photography, luxury retail, or event management domain is an added advantage.
• Fluency in English and local language.
