Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Retail Store Manager of an stores located in North, West Delhi. The Retail Store Manager will oversee daily operations, manage store staff, ensure customer satisfaction, handle customer service issues, and maintain store standards. Additional responsibilities include inventory management, operational efficiency, achieving sales targets, and preventing retail loss.

• Strong Communication skills
• Experience in Store Management and Retail Loss Prevention
• Proven leadership abilities and team management
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field
• Experience in the jewellery industry is a plus
