We are looking for a results-driven and analytical Assistant Marketing Manager to lead digital marketing efforts focused on Customer Retention and Reactivation . The ideal candidate will own campaign planning and execution, budget management, and lead generation through website/app interventions. You’ll collaborate closely with creative, content, product, and sales teams to engage customers meaningfully and drive measurable business impact. Key Responsibilities :1. Campaign Planning & Execution :Design and manage monthly broadcast campaign s across Email, Push, SMS, and WhatsApp to engage and reactivate customers .Define customer segments based on lifecycle, activity, and intent signals .Collaborate with Content and Creative teams to deliver timely, relevant, and effective messaging .Ensure campaigns go live on time and in alignment with the overall marketing strateg y . 2. Budget Management & Vendor Coordinatio n:Own th e annual marketing budg et for retention and reactivatio n.Plan and execute strategies within budget, ensuring efficien t cost utilization and optimizati o n.Liaise with vendors for campaign execution an d negotiate costs effective l y. 3. Performance Analysis & Optimizati on:Monitor key metrics (open rate, CTR, conversion, leads) and dri ve data-backed optimizati o ns.Analyze trends, derive insights, a nd share performance repo rts with actionable recommendatio ns. 4. Lead Generation via Website/App Interventi ons:Strategically pl ace marketing nudges and intervent ions on digital platforms to boost engagement and generate le ads.Dr ive high-intent traffic and quality l eads to the sales team through targeted interventi ons.Work with product and analytics teams to test and implement browsing behavior-based nud ges. 5. Data & Analytics Profici ency :Us e SQL and analytics tools to interpret customer data and inform stra tegy.Translate insights into campaign and intervention improvem ents.Maintain dashboards and reports to track campaign success and customer journey perform ance. 6. Market & Competitive Awar eness:Co nduct market and competitor an alysis to enhance campaign str ategy.Stay up to date with CRM, digital trends, and customer engagement innova tions. Requir ements:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.Minimum 2 years of exp erience in digital marketing with a focus on retention, CRM, or lifecycle mar keting.Strong experience in campaign planning, execution, and performance optimi zation.Proficie ncy in SQL and comfort working with data to guide dec isions.Experience with CRM tool s like Netcore, MoEngage, CleverTap, Sal esforce, or similar pla tforms.Exc ellent project management, communication, and stakeholder coord ination skills. Strong vendor nego tiation and cost management capabi lities.
