The Store Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily store operations, managing sales performance, leading the retail team, and ensuring exceptional customer service. This role requires strong leadership, product knowledge in artificial/fashion jewellery, and the ability to drive store success through effective merchandising, operations, and engagement. Manage opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and daily reporting. Oversee store cleanliness, display aesthetics, lighting, and ambience. Ensure proper stock storage, safety, and security protocols. Maintain compliance with company policies and store SOPs.
