Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Own complete recruitment delivery for Gulf & Indian clients.
Manage and guide the full recruitment team.
Plan sourcing strategy daily: job boards, sub-agents, WhatsApp groups, laterals, local travel.
Build a sub-agent pipeline for blue-collar hiring from South India, Vizag, Bihar, UP, Rajasthan etc.
Ensure documentation, GAMCA medicals, PCC, and visa files are completed without follow-up issues.
Track every candidate stage on a daily tracker.
Ensure client deadlines are met — especially shutdown & project-based hiring.
Coordinate with BD & clients for selections, feedback, and mobilisation.

Requirements

10–15 yrs in recruitment; strong GCC bulk hiring / oil & gas experience is a must.
Ability to manage a team and push deliveries on time.
Must know how to work with sub-agents and handle pressure.
Strong follow-up discipline and reporting mindset.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹54,339.29 - ₹73,676.34 per month
