Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Recruitment Manager with proven experience in Talent Acquisition for the BPO/ITES industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading end-to-end hiring initiatives, building a robust talent pipeline, and ensuring timely fulfillment of operational and leadership roles across multiple service lines.

Role & responsibilities

1. Talent Acquisition Strategy

  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies aligned with business growth and workforce plans.
  • Forecast hiring needs based on client ramp-ups, attrition trends, and future business projections.
  • Partner with business heads to define job requirements, success profiles, and role competencies.

2. Recruitment Operations

  • Lead the full-cycle recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and offer management.
  • Manage hiring for diverse roles including operations, support, and leadership positions across India and the Philippines.
  • Maintain strong coordination with internal stakeholders and external recruitment partners/agencies.

3. Team Management

  • Manage and mentor a team of recruiters to achieve hiring targets and improve quality of hire.
  • Define recruiter KPIs and monitor performance metrics such as TAT, offer-to-join ratio, and cost per hire.
  • Foster a culture of proactive sourcing, innovation, and continuous improvement within the recruitment team.

4. Employer Branding & Candidate Experience

  • Enhance company visibility through social media, job fairs, campus connect, and referral programs.
  • Ensure a smooth and engaging candidate experience from application to on boarding.
  • Collaborate with marketing to position the company as an employer of choice in the BPO sector.

5. Data & Process Management

  • Use HR analytics to track hiring metrics, analyze trends, and prepare monthly dashboards for leadership.
  • Maintain compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
  • Continuously evaluate and implement recruitment tools, ATS systems, and sourcing channels for efficiency.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 710 years of recruitment experience

    , with at least

    3+ years in a managerial capacity

    within the BPO/ITES sector.
  • Experience in handling both domestic and international hiring is preferred.
  • Proven track record of managing high-volume hiring for back-office operations and customer service roles.
