This is a dynamic, field-driven role requiring strong team leadership, customer engagement, and channel development skills. Key Responsibilities: • Own and drive sales targets for Mahindra LCVs and trucks in Trichy and surrounding territories. • Lead, mentor, and monitor a team of 5–10 sales executives. • Identify high-potential routes, industries, and customers in the LCV/truck segment. • Develop and manage fleet owners, individual buyers, and institutional clients. • Strengthen channel partner relationships and ensure dealer engagement. • Be on the field with the team a minimum of 5 days a week. • Maintain accurate MIS, funnel tracking, and competition analysis. Requirements: • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in LCV and truck sales. • Prior exposure to the Trichy belt and surrounding districts is a must. • Strong leadership and team management capability. • Aggressive sales mindset with territory development skills. • Experience with Mahindra, Tata, Ashok Leyland, Eicher is a strong advantage. • Fluent in Tamil and English; local dialects a plus. • Graduate in any discipline; MBA or Diploma in Sales/Marketing preferred. Compensation: CTC: 6 to 8 Lakhs per annum • Incentives: Performance-based monthly and quarterly sales incentives • Perks: Fuel allowance, mobile reimbursement, travel expense coverage, team performance bonuses
