Dear Candidate , Company : IT software company Experience : 2 to 5 years Salary : Depends experience Interview : Direct only no virtual work from office only Location : Chennai Ekkattuthangal Notice : immediate to 15 days (immediate joiners most preferable ) Language : English (Hindi add on advantage ) If you interested you can forward your resume through rtssangeetha2025@gmail.com either call or whatsapp 7845956463 Recruitment & Onboarding - Screening resumes and shortlisting candidates based on job requirements. - Conducting HR interviews to evaluate candidates' experience, communication skills, compensation expectations, etc. - Handling background verification and reference checks. - Coordinating and executing joining formalities and induction programs. - Preparing offer letters, appointment letters, confirmation letters, relieving and experience letters. - Managing employee documentation and individual employee files. HR Operations & Administration - Managing end-to-end HR operations including employee data management, policy communication, and HR tools (HRWT, ADP, HRMS, Workday). - Generating employee IDs, email credentials, and coordinating bank account opening. - Creating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and ensuring compliance with company policies. - Managing leave and attendance across all levels with biometric automation. - Supporting payroll activities by sharing inputs with ADP, ensuring accurate salary processing, and handling queries related to salary, tax, insurance, and leaves. Employee Engagement & Relations - Planning and coordinating employee engagement initiatives across locations. - Acting as a point of contact for employee concerns and grievances, ensuring timely resolution and escalation where needed. - Maintaining employee morale and well-being through proactive engagement. Performance Management - Managing quarterly promotion cycles, maintaining promotion records, and communicating updates. - Collaborating with team leads for nominations and ensuring timely salary revisions and appraisals. HR Job Description Employee Benefits & Welfare - Managing PF, gratuity settlements, and coordinating with insurers for Mediclaim additions, deletions, and claims. - Ensuring all benefits-related data is processed and communicated in a timely manner. Exit Management & F&F - Conducting exit interviews and sharing feedback with top management. - Overseeing full & final settlement process including clearance checks, NOC issuance, and coordination with Finance.
