Recruitment Manager

The Recruitment Manager will own the entire recruitment lifecycle across technical, sales, customer success, and leadership roles. You will partner with department heads, build scalable recruitment processes, manage employer branding, and ensure a steady pipeline of high-quality candidates to support our growth.

This role demands someone who can balance strategy with hands-on execution in a fast-paced SaaS environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the overall hiring strategy aligned with business growth plans.
• Drive end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
• Partner with hiring managers and leadership to understand role requirements and define success profiles.
• Standardise job descriptions, interview processes, and candidate assessments.
• Ensure a seamless, candidate-friendly recruitment experience.

Requirements

• 2–3 years in a SaaS/tech/startup environment.
• Proven track record of hiring across multiple functions (tech + business).
• Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, ATS platforms, and SaaS-specific hiring challenges.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
