Location: Madhapur, Hyderabad

As we prepare for our IPO, we are building a high-performance team to support our growth and ensure operational excellence.


We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Recruitment Executive who has a proven track record of closing at least 3 successful hires per month. The ideal candidate will be skilled at understanding business requirements, sourcing quality talent, and driving the recruitment process end-to-end while ensuring an excellent candidate experience.


Key Responsibilities

Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle – from understanding job requirements to onboarding.

Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through various platforms (LinkedIn, Naukri, social media, job portals, and referrals).

Drive effective interview coordination and follow-ups with candidates and hiring managers.

Ensure timely closures of positions with a minimum target of 3 successful hires per month.

Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for future requirements.

Work closely with internal stakeholders to align recruitment strategies with business goals.

Ensure an engaging and professional candidate experience at every step.


Key Skills & Qualification

Proven experience in recruitment & talent acquisition, preferably in IT/Non-IT domains.

Strong track record of closing multiple positions per month.

Excellent sourcing skills using job portals, social media, networking, and direct outreach.

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work under pressure and deliver within timelines.

Knowledge of ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) is an added advantage.
