Responsibilities:

• Understand and analyze job requirements received from clients.
  
• Handle end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for junior to mid-level positions.
  
• Source candidates through various channels job portals (Naukri, Monster, Shine, etc.), social media, references, campus drives, and recruitment events.
  
• Coordinate interview logistics and scheduling.
  
• Maintain and update candidate database using internal software.
  
• Generate and share daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports.
  
• Act as a key point of contact between clients and candidates.
  
• Ensure timely and quality delivery of profiles to clients.
  
• Build and nurture strong client relationships for sustained business.
  
• Drive revenue generation through successful placements.
  
• Proactively engage with clients to understand hiring needs and ensure smooth delivery.
  

Requirements:

• Graduate / Postgraduate in any discipline.
  
• 6 months to 2 years of experience in recruitment.
  
• Hands-on experience with job portals like Naukri, Monster, Shine, etc.
  
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  
• Comfortable speaking the regional language.
  
• Must own a personal laptop.
  
• Willingness to travel and meet clients/candidates when required.
