Recruitment Executive


What You Will Do

In this role, you will:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for all types of sailing vessels including FPSO, FSO, DP vessels, AHTS, and coastal vessels.
  • Create and update job descriptions in line with client and operational requirements.
  • Source and attract candidates through job portals, social media, and professional networks.
  • Screen applications, review resumes, and conduct interviews via phone, video, and in-person.
  • Prepare and share shortlists of qualified candidates with hiring managers.
  • Draft and publish engaging job advertisements across online platforms.
  • Handle employee documentation such as offer, appointment, confirmation, transfer, and promotion letters.
  • Maintain and update the Crew Management System with accurate candidate records.
  • Monitor recruitment matrix including time-to-hire, source effectiveness, and candidate conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with department heads and clients to anticipate and meet present and future manpower requirements.
  • Support employee relations, handle grievances, and assist in HR operations as needed.


What We Are Looking For

  • Marine Officer and/or MBA in Human Resources with relevant marine manning experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree (mandatory).
  • 5 years of HR and recruitment experience in the Marine industry.
  • Proven experience in sourcing and recruiting crew for various offshore and coastal vessels.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Familiarity with resume databases, applicant tracking systems, and relevant employment laws.
  • Strong interviewing, judgment, and coordination skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Teams, online meeting tools, and digital communication platforms.
