Summary : Position Title : Domestic Recruitment Delivery Director Location : Full-time onsite at Hyderabad, India. Employment type : Full-time Pay range: ₹35 – ₹45 LPA (approx. $42,000 – $54,000 USD) + bonuses Overview : We are seeking a dynamic and strategic leader to oversee domestic recruiting delivery operations for our Asia-Pacific Global Capabilities Center (GCC). This role is pivotal in scaling our talent augmentation business for global clients in the Indian market. As the Delivery Director, you will lead a high-performing recruitment team, drive operational excellence through data-backed strategies, and ensure service excellence across all client engagements. Based in Hyderabad, this position is critical to shaping our staffing value proposition in domestic markets. Job responsibilities: Delivery & Operations: Lead end-to-end recruitment operations across multiple domestic clients, design and implement scalable delivery strategies, monitor KPIs to drive improvements, optimize sourcing tools and ATS usage, forecast hiring needs and adjust team workflows accordingly. People Management: Build, lead, and mentor high-performing recruitment teams, set clear performance targets and incentive programs, foster a culture of continuous learning and collaboration, ensure team stability and availability, address morale and performance issues proactively, and groom top performers for leadership roles. Client Engagement & Relationship Management: Act as primary client contact, conduct regular client review and quarterly business meetings, anticipate client needs, deliver proactive staffing solutions, and align recruitment delivery with organizational goals balancing quality, speed, and cost. Resource Planning & Strategic Execution: Allocate recruitment resources efficiently to meet hiring demands, maintain high team productivity, and build a culture of ownership, performance, and respect. Job requirements: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any discipline. 15+ years of recruitment experience, including 4–5 years in a delivery leadership role managing mid-to-large teams. Proven expertise in domestic recruitment (technical & non-technical), RPO models, and relevant employment laws. Strong background in hands-on hiring, staffing operations, and client management within the Indian market. Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills with a professional client-facing presence. Data-driven decision-maker with strong analytical, mediation, and problem-solving abilities. Demonstrated ability to drive team performance, develop talent, and create scalable processes. Comfortable in a fast-paced, metrics-oriented environment with shifting priorities.
