Working closely with global colleagues would provide significant global exposure to the employees. This role is a part of the Georgia-Pacific team within the KGS. Your Job

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Recruiting Coordinator to support our talent acquisition team. In this role, you will coordinate interview scheduling, manage candidate communication, and assist with the overall recruitment process. The ideal candidate is proactive, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is passionate about delivering an excellent candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Schedule interviews and manage calendars for candidates and hiring teams
• Communicate with candidates regarding interview logistics and follow-ups
• Coordinate virtual interviews and meetings using Microsoft Teams
• Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS)
• Support recruiters with job postings, sourcing, and hiring documentation
• Assist with onboarding and other HR administrative tasks as needed
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience
• Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment coordination or a similar HR support role
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Teams, Outlook, and other collaboration tools
• Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines
• Experience with ATS and HR software is a plus
