Job Description

The Recruitment Coordinator works closely with recruiters and plays an important role in organizing recruiting activities and developing candidate relationships, and it is frequently where applicants get their first impression of PhonePe. This candidate will be an organizational guru, able to work successfully with internal and external customers and candidates, have excellent communication skills, be able to shift gears at a moment's notice, and embrace the challenges of helping to build a great team of talented people.

Responsibilities

● Schedule interviews and work directly with recruiters.

● Coordinate on written/online assessments for the candidates

● Quick in last-minute reschedules if any.

● Provide follow-up correspondence to candidates on recruiting status via phone and email.

● Track recruiting activities and provide weekly reporting on candidate status.

● Post-interview debrief scheduling.

● Identify opportunities to improve candidate experience and scheduling efficiency.

● Educate clients on the recruiting process and the roles involved in the process.

● Vendor Engagement - Manage the vendors/ agencies in updating on the recruitment activities and their candidates' status regularly.

● Assist in the coordination of other recruiting activities as needed.

● Update candidate records in the ATS - Greenhouse.

● Keep track of all loop Interview processes.


Requirements

● Graduate/postgraduate in Arts or Human Resources is a prerequisite for the job.

● Understanding of the recruitment process and coordination.

● Highly pro-active & customer centric attitude

● Ability to prioritize & multitask with high attention to detail, very well-structured, organized, and detail-oriented.

● Excellent communication skills (verbal & written), Confident and skilled in using Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Comfortable working on own initiative

● Degree in Human Resources will be a distinct advantage, along with certification in Recruitment Experience with in-house ATS experience in high volume scheduling for multiple.
