Recruitment Coordinator

Wissen Technology is hiring a Recruitment Coordinator to support recruitment operations during the night shift. As a proactive and detail-oriented individual, you will be responsible for scheduling interviews, coordinating with recruiters and candidates, and ensuring a seamless hiring process. The ideal candidate should have previous experience in recruitment or coordination, along with excellent communication and organizational skills. You will be based in Bangalore and work remotely during the night shift (US hours) from 7 PM to 3 AM IST. Your key responsibilities will include coordinating and scheduling interviews across different time zones, maintaining accurate records of candidate interactions, following up with panel members for feedback post-interviews, and supporting recruiters with candidate pipeline tracking and data entry. To excel in this role, you should have 0-2 years of experience in recruitment or coordination, strong verbal and written communication skills, exceptional organizational abilities, and the capacity to work independently while managing multiple tasks. It is essential to be comfortable with night shifts based on US time zones and have a basic understanding of the recruitment lifecycle. Additionally, prior experience in coordinating with international teams, familiarity with scheduling tools like Outlook, Zoom, and MS Teams, and a good understanding of recruitment processes would be advantageous.
