About the Role

Recruitment Consultant


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the

    end-to-end recruitment process

    including sourcing, screening, interviewing, compliance, and placement.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with

    NHS Trusts, frameworks, and private healthcare providers

    .
  • Effectively use

    vendor management systems (VMS) such as E-TIPS, Magnit Global, and Retinue

    to manage job requisitions and submissions.
  • Source healthcare professionals through

    job boards, databases, referrals, and networking

    .
  • Manage candidate pipelines, ensuring all compliance documents are valid and in line with NHS and private sector standards.
  • Negotiate rates, contracts, and terms of business with clients and candidates.
  • Ensure timely fulfilment of client requirements while meeting

    KPIs and targets

    .
  • Stay updated with

    NHS framework guidelines, market trends, and compliance regulations

    .


Skills & Experience Required

  • 2–3 years’ proven experience as a

    Recruitment Consultant

    in the healthcare sector.
  • Strong knowledge of both

    Private and NHS recruitment processes

    .
  • Demonstrable experience managing the

    360° recruitment cycle

    .
  • Proficiency in

    E-TIPS, Magnit Global, Retinue

    , or similar vendor management systems.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage

    multiple vacancies and stakeholders

    .
  • Excellent

    communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

    .
  • Target-driven with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Knowledge of

    compliance standards (RTW checks, DBS, NHS frameworks, etc.)

    is essential.
