Recruitment Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-End Recruitment:

  Handle the full recruitment cycle for mid to senior-level and leadership roles across industries.

• Head Hunting:

  Identify and attract top talent through proactive sourcing and head hunting strategies.

• Client Management:

  Engage with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide strategic recruitment solutions.

• Client Presentations:

  Create and deliver candidate reports, hiring updates, and presentations to clients.

• Stakeholder Handling:

  Act as a point of contact for clients, maintaining strong professional relationships.

• Sourcing & Screening:

  Use job portals like

  Naukri

  ,

  LinkedIn Recruiter

  , and other sourcing tools to identify the right candidates.

• Interview Coordination:

  Manage interview scheduling, feedback, and communication between client and candidate.

• Market Mapping:

  Conduct market intelligence and competitor analysis for strategic talent acquisition.

Requirements:

• Minimum

  3 years of recruitment experience

  , specifically in

  senior/leadership hiring

  and

  head hunting

  .
• Strong knowledge of

  Naukri

  ,

  LinkedIn Recruiter

  , and other sourcing platforms.
• Excellent

  communication and presentation

  skills.
• Proven experience in

  client handling and account management

  .
• Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

• Immediate availability

  or willing to relocate immediately.
