We serve clients across India, — including Tier 1 consultancies, mid-market businesses, and global MNCs. 🔍 What You’ll Do Own the BD pipeline for high-impact consulting and transformation projects Target sectors: Industrials (Metals & Mining, Chemicals, Power, Electronics, Automotive) , Manufacturing, and Pharma Lead consultative sales: discovery → diagnosis → proposal → closure Collaborate with domain experts and delivery teams to shape custom solutions Promote offerings such as: TPM, Lean, Six Sigma, ESG consulting Industry 4.0/5.0 implementation SME advisory via our proprietary MaVX platform Benchmarking, diagnostics & capability building 🎯 What We’re Looking For 5–8 years of experience in consulting, advisory, or B2B solution sales Strong knowledge of TPM, Six Sigma, Lean, ESG, or transformation programs Past exposure to industrial sectors (steel, power, auto, etc.) is a strong plus Ability to co-create high-quality proposals with SMEs and delivery teams Excellent communication skills – written, verbal, and presentation Experience in a Big 4, boutique consultancy, or industrial tech sales team is preferred 💰 What You’ll Get CTC: As per Industry standards + performance-based incentives (up to 10%) Opportunity to work across geographies and strategic sectors A platform to grow into a Revenue/Vertical Head within 12–18 months Show more Show less
