Role Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and analytical Operations & Strategy Consultant to join our high-performing team in Gurgaon. In this role, you will work closely with clients and internal stakeholders to design, develop, and deliver strategic solutions across business functions, including operations, supply chain, procurement, sales & marketing, and human capital. You will play a key role in leading client engagements, driving operational improvements, and supporting end-to-end transformation initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage consulting engagements across operations, supply chain, procurement, marketing, recruitment, and product development domains. Partner with CXOs and functional heads to identify operational inefficiencies, develop strategic roadmaps, and implement improvement initiatives. Conduct diagnostic assessments, process mapping, gap analysis, and business performance reviews. Leverage data analytics to deliver actionable insights and drive decision-making. Develop business cases, strategic recommendations, implementation plans, and performance dashboards. Collaborate cross-functionally with client teams to ensure seamless execution and measurable outcomes. Act as a trusted advisor to clients, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and long-term relationship management. Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and reports for stakeholders. Drive internal capability building by contributing to knowledge repositories, tools, and methodologies. Desired Profile & Skills: Education: B.Tech + MBA from a reputed institute preferred. Experience: 3–7 years of experience in management consulting, strategy, or transformation roles. Exposure to manufacturing, operations, and supply chain-intensive industries is essential. Client Management: Prior client-facing experience with strong stakeholder engagement skills. Analytical Thinking: Strong problem-solving, quantitative analysis, and critical reasoning abilities. Business Acumen: Solid understanding of key business drivers across supply chain, procurement, sales, and recruitment. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presentation and report writing. Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, deliver on tight timelines, and work in ambiguous environments. Tools & Tech: Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and analytical tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau). Familiarity with ERP/SAP tools is a plus.
