Job Description

Source IT profiles from Naukri & LinkedIn (8-10 profiles per day) as per the given IT job description and share them with the recruiter.
Extensive experience in IT Sourcing, including roles like Software Developers, QA/Test Engineers, Cloud/DevOps Engineers, Data Engineers, Support Engineers, Network/Cybersecurity roles, and other technical positions.
Strong skills in market mapping, headhunting, and market intelligence specifically for IT talent pools
Ensure effective and high-quality weekly, monthly, and quarterly dashboards with data-driven decisions on future IT requirements.
Actively seek and act on feedback from hiring managers to drive optimum solutions for both sides.
Become a key contact point for IT recruitment, IT sourcing, or strategy queries/issues arising within the RPO team.
