Job Description

Responsible for end-to-end recruitment for Corporate Roles as well as for the Pre-

opening properties sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, salary negotiation

and offer documentation.

  • Co-ordinate the interview process with different department heads, schedule

interviews and ensure proper selection of the candidate.

Strong understanding of Hotel operations and HR practices.

• Excellent communication and coordination skills.

• Proficiency in HRIS, MS Excel, and report preparation.

• Attention to detail with strong follow-up abilities.

• Ability to manage multi-unit HR requirements and timelines.
