Job Description

Role & responsibilities:

  • Managing recruitment and onboarding of Doctors, Consultants, Nursing Professionals and overseeing employee relations, ensuring labor law compliance, and handling compensation and benefits.
  • Other responsibilities involve developing HR policies, managing performance appraisals and training, and implementing strategies for employee engagement and retention.

Preferred candidate profile:

CANDIDATES WITH HOSPITALS EXPEREINCED ARE PREFERRED.

  • Recruitment and onboarding:

    Develop and implement recruitment strategies, create job descriptions, source and screen candidates, and manage the entire hiring process, including onboarding new hires and offboarding departing employees.

  • Compensation and benefits:

    Administer and manage employee compensation and benefits programs, oversee payroll, and guide compensation planning and salary reviews.

  • Performance and development:

    Manage performance appraisal systems, identify training needs, and develop and coordinate training programs to enhance employee skills and professional development.

  • Engagement and strategy:

    Develop and implement programs to increase employee engagement and retention, and partner with leadership to align HR strategies with business goals.
