We are looking for dynamic, enthusiastic, and self-driven individuals to join our Talent Acquisition team. Whether you are a fresh graduate or have up to 6 months of recruitment experience, this is a great opportunity to kick-start your career in HR and Talent Acquisition.

About the Role

You will support the end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, and coordinating with candidates and hiring teams.

Responsibilities

• Understand job descriptions and client requirements across various domains and skill sets
• Source candidates using multiple channels including internal databases, job boards (e.g., Naukri, LinkedIn, Monster), social media, and Boolean searches
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidates’ suitability
• Maintain and update candidate databases and trackers
• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process
• Assist with offer negotiation and onboarding coordination
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or related field is a plus)
• 0–6 months of experience in recruitment, sourcing, or HR-related role
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented with a proactive mindset
• Passion for recruitment and people management

Required Skills

• Familiarity with Boolean search techniques
• Hands-on experience with sourcing tools and job boards (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Monster, Indeed)
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) or CRM tools
• Internship or project experience in HR/Recruitment
