About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute winning outreach strategies aligned with market trends, pain points, and Google Chrome Enterprise Solutions.
  • Contact potential clients via calls, emails, and LinkedIn, leveraging the power of the Google brand.
  • Handle enterprise clients and explore new business opportunities within target industries and personas.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with Google stakeholders.
  • Present product value effectively to potential clients and align solutions with their needs.
  • Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market.
  • Set up meetings or calls between prospective clients and the enterprise sales team.
  • Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs related to sales activities.
  • Drive lead generation and self-prospecting to build a strong sales pipeline.
  • Develop and execute campaigns, track performance, and report insights to internal stakeholders.
  • Stay updated on client products and services to effectively communicate their value.
  • Champion success stories and share them with targeted companies and industries.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Development, International Business, Strategic Management, or related fields.
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales in the US region is mandatory.
  • Experience in customer success or account management is required.
  • Strong empathy for customers and passion for revenue growth.
  • Analytical, problem-solving, and process-oriented mindset.
  • Demonstrated desire for continuous learning and self-improvement.
  • Excellent verbal/written communication, time management, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Tech-savvy, with proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and sales/customer success technologies.
  • Fluent in English (speaking, reading, and writing).
  • Proven track record of achieving sales quotas.
  • Experience with CRM platforms like Salesforce, SalesLoft, Outreach.io, and other sales tech stacks preferred.
  • Ability to self-prospect leads and independently build a strong pipeline.
