Job Title : Recruiter / Trainee Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Associate (Freshers Welcome) Location : Kokapet, Hyderabad We are looking for dynamic, enthusiastic, and self-driven individuals to join our Talent Acquisition team. Whether you are a fresh graduate or have up to 6 months of recruitment experience, this is a great opportunity to kick-start your career in HR and Talent Acquisition. About the Role You will support the end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, and coordinating with candidates and hiring teams. Responsibilities Understand job descriptions and client requirements across various domains and skill sets Source candidates using multiple channels including internal databases, job boards (e.g., Naukri, LinkedIn, Monster), social media, and Boolean searches Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidates’ suitability Maintain and update candidate databases and trackers Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process Assist with offer negotiation and onboarding coordination Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or related field is a plus) 0–6 months of experience in recruitment, sourcing, or HR-related role Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong interpersonal and organizational skills Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Detail-oriented with a proactive mindset Passion for recruitment and people management Required Skills Familiarity with Boolean search techniques Hands-on experience with sourcing tools and job boards (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Monster, Indeed) Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) or CRM tools Internship or project experience in HR/Recruitment Pay range and compensation package Comprehensive training and mentorship, a collaborative, high-energy work environment, growth opportunities within the HR function, performance-based incentives and recognition programs, exposure to recruitment across diverse industries and roles.
