Position Overview: We are looking for a highly motivated and results-oriented International Sales Representative (Tele Sales) to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a confident sales professional with strong communication skills and a passion for renewable energy. You will be responsible for engaging potential customers through outbound calls, educating them about our solar solutions, and converting qualified leads into successful sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation & Qualification

Proactively contact prospective customers through outbound calls and follow-ups. Qualify leads based on customer needs, eligibility, and interest in solar solutions.

  • Product & Industry Knowledge

Develop a strong understanding of Paragon Solar’s products and services to clearly communicate value propositions, features, and benefits to customers.

  • Sales Execution & Target Achievement

Apply effective sales strategies to meet or exceed daily, monthly, and quarterly sales targets.

  • Customer Relationship Management

Build rapport with customers, address inquiries, handle objections, and provide tailored solutions to meet individual requirements.

  • CRM & Reporting

Accurately record customer interactions, sales progress, and follow-ups in the company’s CRM system.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration

Coordinate with internal sales, operations, and installation teams to ensure a smooth customer journey from lead to installation.

  • Market & Customer Feedback

Collect customer insights and feedback to help improve sales processes, scripts, and product offerings.

Requirements:

  • Sales Experience

Proven experience in tele sales, inside sales, or international sales. Experience in renewable energy, utilities, or related industries is an advantage.

  • Communication Skills

Excellent verbal communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills with a professional and confident phone presence.

  • Product Knowledge

Familiarity with solar energy solutions is preferred but not mandatory; strong willingness to learn is essential.

  • Technical Skills

Comfortable using CRM systems, dialers, and Microsoft Office or similar productivity tools.

  • Performance-Driven Mindset

Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced, results-focused environment.

  • Education

High school diploma or equivalent required; a degree or certification in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
