Handling recruitment activities on all India level through different sources Managing the complete recruitment cycle Conducting interviews, discussing offers with prospective candidates and other allied functions Salary Negotiation Reference check and collecting all relevant documents from new joiners responsible till joining of the candidate Candidates from (IT, BPO, Manufacturing, Bulk Hiring Industry) Need not apply Candidates having experience in Mid to Senior Level hiring in Sales for Non IT Industry shall be preferred
