Roles & Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment for bulk
Non-IT roles
.
Handle large-scale hiring for the following positions:

BPO & Call Center Executives
Sales Executives (Field / Inbound / Outbound)
Field Staff / Field Collection Agents
Delivery Executives
Retail Associates / Store Staff
Relationship Managers (BFSI Banking, Insurance, Finance)
Telecallers / Customer Support
Logistics & Warehouse Staff
Back Office Executives
Other high-demand roles in E-commerce, EdTech, and BFSI sectors

Collaborate with hiring managers and internal teams to understand manpower planning requirements.
Source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, referrals, and local hiring channels.
Conduct initial screenings and coordinate interviews.
Maintain daily
MIS reports
and
hiring dashboards
to track recruitment progress.
