We are seeking an experienced Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team, specializing in Wealth/HNI/Private Banking recruitment. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent in the wealth management industry, focusing on High Net Worth Individuals (HNIs) and Private Banking professionals. Location : Remote, Delhi NCR, Bangalore, Chennai, Pune, Kolkata, Ahmedabad, Mumbai, Hyderabad Key Responsibilities: 1. Develop and implement recruitment strategies: Create effective recruitment plans to attract top talent in the wealth management industry, focusing on HNIs and Private Banking professionals. 2. Source and attract candidates: Utilize various sourcing channels, including social media, job boards, and professional networks, to attract high-caliber candidates. 3. Build relationships with stakeholders: Foster strong relationships with hiring managers, wealth management professionals, and other stakeholders to understand their recruitment needs and provide tailored solutions. 4. Conduct interviews and assessments: Evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and fit for wealth management roles, using various assessment tools and techniques. 5. Manage candidate experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, maintaining open communication and providing timely updates. 6. Collaborate with the talent acquisition team: Work closely with the talent acquisition team to share best practices, leverage resources, and achieve recruitment goals. 7. Maintain market knowledge: Stay up-to-date on market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments in the wealth management sector. Requirements: 1. 1+ years of recruitment experience: Proven experience in recruitment, preferably in the wealth management or financial services industry. 2. Wealth management industry knowledge: Strong understanding of the wealth management industry, including HNIs and Private Banking. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills: Ability to build relationships with stakeholders, including hiring managers, candidates, and other recruitment professionals. Key Responsibilities: 1. Bulk Hiring: Lead and manage high-volume recruitment processes across various departments. Develop and execute bulk hiring strategies to meet the companys staffing needs. Coordinate with recruitment agencies, job boards, and other channels to source candidates. 2. Continuous Recruitment: Implement and maintain a continuous hiring pipeline to ensure timely fulfilment of staffing requirements throughout the year. Forecast hiring needs based on company growth and turnover trends. 3. Salary Negotiation: Conduct salary negotiations with candidates in alignment with company budget and compensation guidelines. Provide guidance to hiring managers on competitive salary offers and compensation packages. 4. Candidate Experience: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including screening, interviewing, and onboarding. Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining clear communication and providing timely feedback. 5. Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers and department heads to understand their staffing needs and provide recruitment solutions. Work with HR team members to align recruitment efforts with overall HR strategy and company objectives. 6. Reporting and Analytics: Track and report on recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and candidate quality. Analyse recruitment data to continuously improve recruitment processes and strategies. Qualifications: Undergraduates are welcome. Minimum of 1 years of experience in recruitment, with a proven track record in bulk hiring and high-volume recruitment. Strong understanding of recruitment processes, salary negotiation, and candidate assessment. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously. Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
