We are seeking an experienced Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team, specializing in Wealth/HNI/Private Banking recruitment. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent in the wealth management industry, focusing on High Net Worth Individuals (HNIs) and Private Banking professionals. Location : Remote, Delhi NCR, Bangalore, Chennai, Pune, Kolkata, Ahmedabad, Mumbai, Hyderabad Key Responsibilities: 1. Develop and implement recruitment strategies: Create effective recruitment plans to attract top talent in the wealth management industry, focusing on HNIs and Private Banking professionals. 2. Source and attract candidates: Utilize various sourcing channels, including social media, job boards, and professional networks, to attract high-caliber candidates. 3. Build relationships with stakeholders: Foster strong relationships with hiring managers, wealth management professionals, and other stakeholders to understand their recruitment needs and provide tailored solutions. 4. Manage candidate experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, maintaining open communication and providing timely updates. 6. Requirements: 1. 1+ years of recruitment experience: Proven experience in recruitment, preferably in the wealth management or financial services industry. 2. Ability to work independently and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously. Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
