Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruiting Intern at our Indore office. The Recruiting Intern will support the hiring process by sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, assisting in interviewing, and coordinating training sessions. Daily tasks also include maintaining communication with candidates, updating recruitment databases, and collaborating with team members to meet recruitment goals.

Qualifications

• Skills in Hiring, Recruiting, and Interviewing
• Strong Communication skills
• Experience in Training and onboarding processes
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Relevant coursework or experience in Human Resources or related field is a plus
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
