Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruiting Intern located in Noida. The Recruiting Intern will be responsible for assisting with hiring processes, conducting interviews, and supporting the recruitment team. Daily tasks include sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and supporting training initiatives. The role also involves maintaining candidate records and ensuring a seamless recruitment process.

Qualifications

• Recruiting, Hiring, and Interviewing skills
• Strong Communication skills
• Training and Onboarding skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Detail-oriented and well-organized
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is a plus
• Experience with recruitment software and tools is a plus
