Role Description

The Recruitment Intern role at LogiQlink Technologies is a full-time, on-site position located in Indore. The intern will support the recruitment process, including screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, coordinating interview schedules, and maintaining candidate databases. Additionally, the intern will assist in creating job descriptions, posting job openings, and managing onboarding processes.

Qualifications

• Experience or education in Human Resources, Recruitment, or related field
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
• Interest in technology and engineering industries is a plus
• Bachelor's degree or currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
