Location: Vashi, Navi Mumbai (Onsite)

Experience: Fresher to Minimum 1 Year

Salary: ₹10,000 per month (Fresher)

₹15,000 per month (Experienced)

Qualification: Graduation (Mandatory) / MBA in HR or related field (preferred)

Role Description

• This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Executive located in Navi Mumbai.
• Assist in end-to-end HR operations including onboarding, documentation, and exit formalities
• Maintain and update employee records, files, and HR databases
• Follow up regularly with internal teams, vendors, and employees for timely task completion
• Support compliance and statutory documentation (PF, ESIC, PT, etc.)
• Help organize employee engagement activities and internal communications
• Prepare and maintain reports, presentations, and HR trackers using MS Office tools
• Coordinate interviews and assist in the recruitment process as needed
• Support daily administrative HR tasks and respond to HR-related queries

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong follow-up and coordination abilities
• Sound understanding of HR operations and statutory compliance
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
• Self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented
