Key Responsibilities

• Manage

  end-to-end recruitment

  for IT and Non-IT positions.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, referrals, and professional networks.
• Review resumes and conduct initial interviews to evaluate candidate fit.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
• Manage the

  offer process

  and handle salary negotiations.
• Conduct regular

  follow-ups with candidates

  to ensure smooth onboarding.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with

  new clients

  for recruitment support.

Education Requirements

• Bachelor’s in Technology (BE Tech)

  OR

• Master’s Degree

  (HR, Management, or relevant specialization).

Skills Required

• Excellent

  communication skills

  (verbal & written).
• Strong

  negotiation

  and persuasion skills.
• Effective

  follow-up

  with candidates and clients.
• Ability to

  onboard and engage new clients

  .
• Knowledge of recruitment tools, databases, and hiring processes.
