PositionRecruiter (Talent Acquisition Specialist)
LocationHyderabad ( Bachupally )MondaySaturdayTimings09am to 4:30 pmResponsibilities- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for both faculty and administrative staff.- Collaborate with department heads to determine hiring needs and create job descriptions.- Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract top talent, including posting on job boards, managing campus job fairs, and networking.- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and recommend qualified candidates to hiring managers.- Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.- Maintain recruitment metrics, such as time-to-hire and cost-per-hire.- Build a talent pipeline by engaging with potential candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn and academic communities.Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.- 4 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in higher education or a similar industry.- Strong knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing tools.- Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
