Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment Management:

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for faculty and administrative roles.
Collaborate with department heads to identify hiring needs and create accurate job descriptions.
Develop and implement sourcing strategies to attract top talent, including job board postings, campus events, and professional networking.

Candidate Screening and Selection:

Review resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate suitability.
Recommend qualified candidates to hiring managers.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Talent Pipeline Development:

Build and maintain a talent pipeline through proactive engagement on platforms such as LinkedIn and academic communities.
Participate in employer branding initiatives to attract high-quality candidates.

Recruitment Metrics and Reporting:

Track and maintain recruitment metrics, including time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and quality of hire.
Provide insights and reports to senior management to improve recruitment processes.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
4+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably in higher education or a similar sector.
Strong knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing tools.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
