Qualifications / Requirements:

Education:

Experience:

Minimum one successful deal closure experience.
Prior experience at an investment bank with solid transaction exposure across multiple deal types.

Technical Expertise:

Strong financial modeling and valuation skills for complex transactions.
Excellent research, quantitative, and analytical capabilities, with the ability to interpret and explain market events effectively.

Client & Relationship Management:

Proven ability to manage client relationships and transaction processes with exceptional attention to detail and quality deliverables.
Experience in networking with Venture Capital (VC) and Private Equity (PE) ecosystems in India and overseas.

Soft Skills:

Strong communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work under tight deadlines and in high-pressure environments.
Willingness to travel as required.
