Job Description

The HR Manager will lead a team of HR professionals, manage end-to-end recruitment for BPO voice and non-voice processes, and ensure smooth HR operations, including compliance, attendance, and manpower tracking. The role requires strong leadership, recruitment expertise, and the ability to work in a fast-paced BPO environment.

Roles and Responsibilities

Lead a team comprising Assistant HR Manager, Lead HR, and HR Executives
Source, screen, and hire candidates for BPO voice and non-voice processes
Conduct initial screening, coordinate interviews, and manage final selection rounds
Maintain attendance, attrition, and manpower tracking sheets
Support HR audits, compliance activities, and HR database management

Preferred Candidate Profile

Minimum 6-8 years of experience in BPO HR/Recruitment
Prior BPO hiring experience is mandatory
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic Excel knowledge (VLOOKUP, Pivot preferred)
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced BPO environment
Graduation required; MBA in HR is a plus
