Job Description

The Recruitment Executive will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates for various roles such as Sales Associate and Customer Service Associate, ensuring a smooth end-to-end recruitment process.

Roles and Responsibilities

Conduct sourcing activities to fill open positions efficiently
Post job openings on various job portals and platforms
Screen resumes, conduct screening calls, and schedule interviews
Review employment applications and background check reports
Counsel candidates on corporate benefits, salary structures, and company environment
Build and maintain long-term relationships with past and potential candidates
Upload candidate details and documentation on company portals
Release offer letters and ensure candidates join on the scheduled date
