Job Description: As an HR Recruiter at Nilank Technologies, you will play a crucial role in our recruitment process. Your responsibilities will include conducting interviews, sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating with hiring managers, and managing the recruitment process. Additionally, you will be involved in onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records. To excel in this role, you should have experience in conducting interviews and screening candidates. Knowledge of recruitment strategies and techniques will be beneficial. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for effective collaboration with team members and candidates. The ability to work in a fast-paced environment, along with good organizational and time management skills, will be key to success. Attention to detail and accuracy are important qualities that we value at Nilank Technologies. Experience with HR software and systems is preferred, along with knowledge of labor laws and regulations. A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is required for this position.
