Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles.
  • Source candidates using various channels (job portals, social media, referrals, networking, etc.).
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
  • Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment progress.
  • Support employer branding initiatives.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Negotiate offers and assist with onboarding when needed.

Candidate required

  • 3-5 years of recruitment experience
  • Good communication Skills
  • Reporting Knowledge
  • MS Tools experience
