About the Role

The HR Manager will manage the full employee life-cycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding.

Responsibilities

Manage full employee life‑cycle including recruitment, onboarding, inductions, performance management, and offboarding.
Lead end-to-end recruitment efforts: define JDs, advertise vacancies, conduct interviews, coordinate offers, and onboard new hires.
Administer compensation, benefits, HRIS data, and maintain secure employee records and HR MIS.
Develop and implement HR policies, ensure compliance with labour laws and internal regulations.
Oversee vendor relationships and manage external service providers (e.g. payroll, background check vendors).

Required Skills

Excellent communication, problem-solving, confidentiality, and organizational abilities.

Preferred Skills

Prior exposure to designing or implementing HR policies and processes.
Certification or additional training in HR domains (e.g. SHRM‑CP, PHR) is a plus.
Comfort handling sensitive employee and compliance matters with discretion.

Pay range and compensation package

Qualifications: MBA HR (preferred).
