Role & responsibilities

Sourcing and screening:
Writing and posting job descriptions, searching job boards, social media, and networking events to find candidates, and screening resumes and applications.
Candidate management:
Conducting initial interviews, scheduling and coordinating interviews between candidates and hiring managers, and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
Collaboration:
Working closely with hiring managers to define job requirements and hiring goals.
Offer and negotiation:
Presenting candidates to hiring managers, negotiating job offers, and handling salary and title discussions.
