Role & responsibilities

Position Overview

A Recruiter with 1 year of experience is responsible for assisting in the full recruitment cycle, from identifying potential candidates to onboarding new hires. This role requires strong communication skills, organizational ability, and a basic understanding of HR practices.

Key Responsibilities

Source candidates
through job boards, social media, referrals, and networking
Screen resumes and applications
to shortlist qualified candidates
Conduct initial phone screens
to assess candidate suitability
Coordinate interviews
with hiring managers and ensure smooth scheduling
for open positions
Maintain recruitment databases
and candidate records
Communicate effectively
with candidates and internal stakeholders throughout the hiring process
Support offer negotiation
and onboarding activities

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in
Human Resources, Business, or related field
0–1 year of recruitment experience
(internship or full-time)
Familiarity with
ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems)
and recruitment tools
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to multitask and manage deadlines

Candidate sourcing and networking

Basic knowledge of labor laws and HR practices
