Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Business Development Manager with a strong background in Digital Marketing Sales, specifically in Website Development, SEO, and Social Media Marketing services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, closing sales, building client relationships, and managing a high-performance sales team to achieve revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and target potential clients for Website Development, SEO, and Social Media Marketing services.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth in digital marketing domains.
  • Generate leads through various channels including cold calling, email campaigns, networking, and digital platforms.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Project Management, and Delivery) to ensure seamless service execution.
  • Hire, train, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team.
  • Set and monitor sales targets, KPIs, and team performance metrics.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape.
  • Provide regular reports and insights to senior management on sales performance and pipeline.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in digital marketing sales, specifically selling Website Development, SEO, and Social Media solutions.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing trends and technologies.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in leading and managing sales teams.
  • Self-motivated, result-oriented, and capable of working under pressure.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • BBA/MBA
  • Established network in the digital marketing or IT service space.
  • Immediate joiners will be given preference.
