Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Recruiter to join our team at Proppr Proptech Private Limited. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the Hotels & Restaurants industry.


Roles and Responsibility
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and other stakeholders.
  • Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate fit and skills.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to employment.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports of recruitment activities and results.

  • Strong knowledge of recruitment principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
