About the Role

We are seeking a motivated HR Executive – Talent Acquisition with experience hiring for the finance domain. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and closing positions such as wealth managers, financial advisors, analysts, and other finance-related roles.

Key Responsibilities

• end-to-end recruitment for finance positions (requirements gathering → sourcing → screening → coordination → offer closure).
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and databases.
• Conduct initial HR screening and evaluate candidates for finance and wealth management profiles.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and maintain smooth communication with candidates.
• Manage applicant data through ATS/Excel and maintain proper hiring trackers.
• Support onboarding formalities and documentation for selected candidates.
• Build a strong talent pipeline for continuous hiring requirements in the finance domain.
• Assist HR team in daily tasks as and when required (MIS, reporting, basic HR ops).
• Required Skills & CompetenciesMinimum 1 year of experience in Talent Acquisition (preferably in finance or BFSI hiring).

• Strong sourcing and screening skills for finance/wealth roles.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Basic understanding of HR processes and documentation.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced hiring environment.
• QualificationBachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Commerce, or related field.
• Additional HR certifications will be an added advantage.
