Non-Tech Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

• Create the strategy that helps establish a pipeline of best-in-class talent
• Build strong relationships with business and functional leaders to identify organization and business talent needs
• Own and drive full-cycle hiring across Non-Tech (BD, marketing, operations, finance, strategy, etc.).
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, networking, and relationship-building with potential candidates .
• Partner directly with leadership to define hiring needs and build strategies that align with growth goals.
• Maintain effective communication and manage relationships with stakeholders / HODs and candidates and delivering as per agreed SLAs
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment journey, all the way through to offer letters and onboarding while maintaining an exceptional candidate and stakeholder experience

Minimum Qualifications:

• 4-7 years of recruitment experience, preferably in an Internet or similar industry.
• Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and trends
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in scaling teams across multiple locations is a strong plus
